2024集运市场：春暖花开还是乍暖还寒？

上海航运交易所1月26日发布的数据显示，相比前一周，中国出口集装箱运价综合指数上涨9%，欧洲航线上涨12.9%，运价持续飙升。而上海航运交易所发布的1月12日上海出口至欧洲、地中海航线基本港市场运价为每标箱3103美元和4037美元，较2023年11月17日前分别上涨338.9%和252.0%。　　2024年一开年，欧地航线运价就上涨了2—3倍，今年集运市场运价是一路上扬还是先涨后跌？业内人士表示，受运河危机及区域武装冲突等影响，集运市场风云再起，2024年运价走势更加充满不确定性。　　2023年市场需求疲软　　1月10日，中远海控发布2023年业绩预告，该公司2023年预计实现归母净利238.6亿，同比-78.3%。公告指出，2023年集运市场面临诸多挑战，集装箱运价较疫情期间的高点大幅回落，2023年第四季度， SCFI（上海集装箱运价指数）均值为1089点，同比下滑近78%。　　2023年，航运巨头马士基也一直受困于航运市场不景气的冲击。马士基2023年11月份公布的财报显示，该公司2023年第三季度的航运业务营收为78.97亿美元，连去年同期180亿美元的一半都没到，净利为5.21亿美元，较去年同期88.79亿美元骤降93%。其首席运营官表示，整个行业正面临着需求低迷、价格回归历史水平以及应对通胀压力的新常态。　　业内专家表示，班轮公司2023年出现业绩下滑并不意外，因为去年集运市场整体表现为旺季不旺，运价低迷。只是到了年底，受地缘政治影响，欧地航线运价才大幅上扬。　　“2023年全球集运市场主要有两大特征，一个是美联储持续加息抑制全球集运贸易和运输活动。截至2023年12月，集装箱海运量达到20102.73万TEU，增速维持在较低水平。”深圳国际海事研究院研究员陈伟杰告诉记者，“另一个是地缘政治冲突给全球集运市场带来更多不确定性。2023年的大部分时间里，全球集装箱运费一直呈下跌趋势，但自2023年10月起，红海局势的不稳定性导致欧线市场集运运价大幅上升。”　　记者整理资料也发现，在2023年的大部分时间里，集装箱运费一直呈下跌趋势，截至2023年11月底，SCFI现货箱运费指数跌至637.33美元/TEU，较年初下降了38%。然而2023年12月开始，SCFI的运价迅速攀升。截至12月底，上海至欧洲航线的价格达到1399.2美元/TEU，较2023年11月上涨了88.83%。　　在宁波航运交易所行业分析师钱杭璐看来，2023年集运市场在运输需求下降、运力供给大增的环境下，整体表现为旺季不旺的特征。　　“从贸易需求来看，马士基预计2023年全球集装箱吞吐量增长范围为-4%至-1%，波罗的海国际航运公会预估2023年全球集装箱运输量增速为-0.5%—0.5%。”钱杭璐进一步分析说，“从航线运价来看，2023年集装箱航运运价与2020年—2022年相比整体弱势运行，但整体水平和波动情况与2017年—2019年较为接近。其中，2023年12月中旬后，受旺季出运和红海地区冲突的影响，红海、欧洲、地中海、中东、北美等航线运价剧烈上涨，至2023年12月底市场整体运价已远超历史同期（除2020年—2021年疫情影响下的年份）水平。”
