2M、THE两大联盟公布第三季度停航计划!“V型”复苏成泡影?

今年第三季度，两大联盟将有75个航次停航。　　停航，或将成为2020年集运市场的主旋律。 日前，2M联盟和THE联盟都公布了第三季度的停航计划。业内咨询机构SeaIntelligence Consulting表示，今年第三季度，两大联盟将有75个航次停航。　　据悉，2M联盟从4月份开始季节性关停的亚洲-北欧航线AE2 SWAN和亚洲-地中海航线AE20 DRAGON，仍然不会恢复，暂停期将延长到航运旺季。 数据显示，如果这两条航线继续中止运营，意味着2M第三季度再有13个往返航次停航，预计减少投入22%的运力。　　不过地中海航运表示，为了适应现阶段货运量的小幅回升，计划从6月下旬起，新开一条Griffin航线，满足亚洲-地中海和亚洲-北欧地区的货运需求。不过地中海航运强调，只有在需求确实逐步回升的前提下，这条航线才会开航。 SeaIntelligence Consulting分析师Lars Jensen预计，尽管到目前为止，2M尚未透露将部署在这条备用航线上的船舶情况，但如果该条航线投入运营，可能会使2M在亚洲-北欧和亚洲-地中海的运力减少比例，从22%降至15%~18%。 另有外媒解读称，2M联盟延长两条航线的关停期，是在获得大量客户反馈后决定的。这有力地说明，今年不会出现传统旺季需求激增的情况，“V型”复苏成为泡影。 而2M联盟推出备用航线的做法，也被解读为是安抚大客户的一项举措：一旦需求复苏，有航次可供出运。　　与此同时，THE联盟6月3日公布了亚洲-北欧航线7-9月，以及其他市场7月份的航线调整计划，亚欧航线依然受到最大影响。 海洋联盟方面目前还没有公布下一阶段的停航计划，但是Lars Jensen预计，该联盟不久后也将跟进。 另据FreightWaves报道，海洋联盟已经取消了一条原计划6月16日从中国福清出发、7月6日由洛杉矶返回的航次。此外，7月24日从美国萨凡纳港出发，途经中国青岛的航次，也已被取消。亚欧航线方面，海洋联盟7月14日和28日从宁波出发的航次已取消。 丹麦海运分析公司eeSEA的创始人兼首席执行官Simon Sundboell，此前曾表示，如果大面积停航延长到7月份，则表明承运人无法从托运人那里收到足够多的预订，在新冠肺炎疫情仍在全球蔓延的背景下，全球经济的复苏速度仍十分缓慢。
