“夺命船厂”寻求续命！韩进苏比克申请法院接管

由于近年来造船业持续低迷，订单枯竭和经营恶化，全球十大船厂之一，被称为“夺命船厂”的韩进重工苏比克船厂近日申请了法院接管。　　1月8日，韩进重工宣布，位于菲律宾的子公司韩进重工苏比克船厂已经在当地法院申请了法院接管。　　自2016年以来，由于全球新船订单枯竭以及造船业的长期萧条，韩进苏比克因此而陷入困境。目前，韩进苏比克总资产约为1.84万亿韩元（约合16.4亿美元），最多时拥有约3.5万员工，目前员工人数达4000人左右。　　据了解，2014年韩进苏比克船厂手持订单排名进入全球前十。克拉克森最新数据显示，目前韩进苏比克手持订单量共计16艘、1692000载重吨，其中包括2艘VLGC和14艘阿芙拉型油船，交付安排持续至2021年。2018年，韩进苏比克获得8艘新船订单，包括来自CMB、Cukurova Holding和Eastern Pacific的阿芙拉型油船。　　2015年4月，韩进重工苏比克船厂接获达飞轮船3艘当时全球最大20600TEU集装箱船订单。去年，韩进苏比克成功交付为达飞轮船建造的第二艘20600TEU集装箱船“CMA CGM Jean Mermoz”号。2017年，韩进苏比克还交付过菲律宾建造的第一艘VLCC。　　韩进重工苏比克船厂于2006年在菲律宾苏比克成立，是菲律宾最大规模的船厂。韩进重工釜山影岛造船厂因占地面积狭小、设备局限问题，无法建造大型高附加值船舶，为了克服这样的限制，韩进重工在菲律宾成立了当地法人HHIC-Phil。　　与韩进重工影岛船厂相比，韩进重工苏比克船厂优势在于船厂面积比影岛船厂大9倍，是全球十大船厂之一。据了解，韩进苏比克拥有长、宽分别为550米、135米的全球最大规模船坞，可以同时建造2艘20000TEU级集装箱船。与中国船厂相比，苏比克船厂劳动力成本更低，因而接单更具成本竞争力。　　韩进重工苏比克船厂的经营业绩无疑是韩国在海外最成功的船厂，但是由于大量使用当地员工和分包商合作，在安全管理上始终存在很大的疏漏。成立12年死亡人数超过40人，死亡率居高不下，一度被称为“夺命船厂”。　　韩进重工自2016年开始一直在进行大规模的重组工作，包括抛售非核心资产。截至目前，韩进重工已经完成了其债权人提出的2.1万亿韩元重组方案的65%。　　韩进重工的主要债权人韩国产业银行（KDB）指出，迄今为止，韩进苏比克的紧缩措施（如缩减规模以及削减成本）、加上来自母公司韩进重工的流动性支持，已经阻止了苏比克船厂的破产。　　韩国产业银行称，苏比克船厂的业务暂停对韩进重工在韩国的运营影响微乎其微。2017年，韩进重工营业收入达到867亿韩元。　　韩进重工表示，将根据当地法院判决积极应对。
