马施云：航运信心指数略有下跌

马施云表示，在截至11月底的3个月内，航运信心指数略有下滑。　　从受访者处获得的反馈显示，平均信心水平为6.0（满分为10），而2018年8月记录的数字为6.3。　　除了船舶经纪人的信心指数从4.9上涨到5.2，几乎所有类别的受访人信心指数都有所下降。船东的信心指数从6.8降至6.4，经理人的信心指数从6.2降到了6.0，承租人的信心指数则从7.0降至6.8。　　从地区来看，欧洲和北美地区有所下滑，分别从6.2和6.8降到6.1和5.2。亚洲地区则保持平稳，维持在6.3，仍旧是过去12个月以来的最高值。　　受访者在未来12个月内做重大投资和开发的可能性也维持在5.5。其中，亚洲地区从6.1上升至6.2，而欧洲地区则从5.3下跌至5.2。　　受访者中认为未来一年财务成本会增加的比例从59%升至67%，其中包括71%的船东、80%的承租人和63%的经理人，此前分别为70%、50%和45%。　　认为未来12个月油轮运价会上升的受访者从60%上升至67%。在干散货板块，认为运价会上涨的受访者仍在38%，而认为会下降的受访者上升了4%至15%。集装箱板块则有25%的受访者认为运价会上涨，比上一期下降了1%，而有24%的受访者认为会下降。　　此外，有24%的受访者认为，到2020年1月1日，高硫油和符合IMO规定的低硫油之间的价差会在每公吨250-324美元；有23%认为在175美元-240美元，有18%表示在325美元-300美元，余下的12%则坚持100美元-174美元。　　马施云航运和交通合伙人Richard Greine表示：“航运业有波动性，总会有起起伏伏。虽然航运信心指数在接近年尾出现小幅下跌让人有些失望，但我们也不要忘记，2018年的信心指数是4年以来最高的。”
